1925 vs. 2025: Did We Really Make Work Better?
Be honest with me.
Would you survive a single day working in 1925?
No remote logins. No Slack. No coffee shop vibes. Just hard labor, 6-day weeks, and zero talk of “work-life balance.”
Fast forward to 2025…
We have AI tools, 4-day work week debates, standing desks, and wellness apps—yet burnout is at an all-time high.
How does that make sense?
We traded physical exhaustion for digital overload.
We’re “always on,” constantly connected, and rarely present.
Here’s the kicker:
Modern work was supposed to free us. But in some ways, it trapped us in new invisible cages.
Maybe it’s time we stop romanticizing the grind and start rethinking the game.
Because 100 years from now, our grandkids will wonder:
“How did they live like that in 2025?”
Let’s make sure the answer isn’t “barely.”
